岗位职责:
Mission:
-Support department to deal with internal and external administration work, handle all document comes from the department and external, make sure SEWC departments keep the high performance.

Tasks:
- Support and assist colleagues to deal with paper works and relationship with all department staffs.
- Post and receive mail for departments
- Manages work in a confidential manner, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals in an appropriate manner; and provides guidance to others as necessary regarding proprietary information.
- Meeting arrangement, including meeting room booking, beamer preparation, etc.
- Deal with issue external include hotel, CWT and other vendor.
- Other supporting task.
岗位要求:
Requirement:
-4-5 days a week, at least 5 months.
-Fluent English in reading and writing.
-Fluent PC application (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
-Good communication skills.
-Bachelor or above.

Experience:
-Have a sense of intercultural, have a knowledge and experience in Multinational company will be better, not basic requirement

-Initiative; Communication skills; Professional ethics; Learning; Siemens values; Strategic judgment; Team player.

工作地点:成都市高新西区天源路99号(提供班车)
